After having 8 different companies out to give us estimates we finally decided to give the job to Hibdon's. The reasons were quite simple. The Sales rep who came out originally didn't try and impress us with a ton of technical terms that would have been Greek to us, but answered all of our questions in terms we understood. The process and cost was explained very clearly and after comparing them to all the others, we felt Hibdon's to be the best value, the best equipment, and by far, the best service. The installation went cleanly and quickly and watching them work, it was obvious that they are pros at what they do. The first night we actually had to turn the AC down as the house got so cold, so fast, we just weren't used to that. Upon testing the output at the registers it was obvious that we were getting between 3 and 4 times the measurable output using my anemometer, which I use when chasing tornados, and it's very accurate. Everything promised was done with no "Oh we forgot about that". We can't say enough good things about Hibdon's so just as Hibdon's has been our place to go for tires for the last 40 plus years, we'll continue to use them for any AC needs in the future. The people were great from start to finish, the products works like a charm, and I can't think of anything negative to say about them. Customer service is important to us, and as a former manager for Zale Jewelers for over 30 years I can honestly say that were I still in that position, I'd have hired them all away from Hibdon's and put them all to work at Zale's. They did a fantastic job, the price was more than fair, and we are completely satisfied with their service.
The company responded professionally and quickly to my issue. They led me through the process and made me feel assured that I was getting a good value. Mostly I felt as though I was getting reasonable answers to my questions. I would highly recommend!
Came quickly after I called and requested a repair on a Friday night. Extremely professional and thorough. Very impressed with the timely manner work was done and appreciate that what was moved was moved back. Will use again in future.
Hibdon not only provided the best price on my new ac/heat system, but they provided the best Sevice experience. I dreaded shopping for a company to replace my 16 year old system when it went out the last week of July with high 90-100 degree temps. Brandon, Zach, and Alex were all professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained every step of install , and was able to provide the earliest availability of all the companies I compared. The American Standard units they installed are top rated, and sure to last me for many years to come. I am 6o years old and homeowner for many of those, when asked Hibdon’s will be the company I recommend to friends and family!
Chad and his crew were phenomenal. We did a flip with a new 5 ton heat and air system in the attic. They were very informative on the progress as it was installed. We are so grateful to have found this company! If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

AC stopped blowing cold air, so we did a google search. I don't typically go with the first business I see, since so many 5-star ratings are bought these days; but we read a handful of Hibdon's reviews and felt comfortable. Skylar showed up within about an hour of my call, and would have been here sooner if he hadn't had to drive to Edmond FROM EL RENO. ON HIS DAY OFF. He found the problem quickly and got it fixed up, but also offered a ton of helpful information about our HVAC system in general—important stuff I never would have known otherwise. And he answered all my questions like a person who actually likes their job. It doesn't get better than that.
I have used a few HVAC companies since I moved to Oklahoma City in 1990. I have had the displeasure of working with a certain business that advertises heavily on television that told me I needed to replace my entire unit when three other companies suggested that I only needed freon. The technician, Alex, explained everything in great detail and gave me a very reasonable price compared to the other bids I received. I was honestly blown away by the quality of work for the price, and I will no longer call anyone else. I appreciate the honesty more than anything, and I will no longer be calling anyone else for a bid. Highly recommended.

Heating failed in recent Winter storm with Hibdon response within 2 hours, sourcing new motor, pickup of motor and returning to home. Repair and testing completed before 2:15p.m. Repeat Client in new residence.Excellent!
